Al-Anon Family Groups offer understanding and support to families and friends of problem drinkers.

Ask yourself, DO YOU..
  • Search for hidden alcohol?
  • Cancel plans because the drinker is unable to participate?
  • Make excuses to cover up from problems caused by drinking?
  • Have MONEY problems from behaviours caused by drinking?
Also ask, BECAUSE OF SOMEONE ELSE'S DRINKING..
  • Am I afraid?
  • Am I worried, losing sleep, tired, nervous or depressed?
  • Do I feel embarrassed by the drinker's behaviour?
  • Am I angry or frustrated at times?
If you answered "YES" to any of these questions, Al-Anon /Alateen may be of help to you. Newcomers are welcome at all meetings.
